About the Brand
Chocolatier Henriette opened in 2006 with the mission to offer freshly made, small-batch chocolate truffles as well as custom orders. We source the finest ingredients, eschew all additives and enhancers, and shape every piece of chocolate by hand.
The result is a collection of truffles with pure flavors and silky textures that simply cannot be replicated by industrial methods—truffles that taste unmistakably of their ingredients rather than of sugar, and that have earned us a loyal following who refuse to go back to ordinary chocolate.
